25 13:42:39/10/20161) Al llegar me trataron de mentiroso, que seguramente me había equivocado o que me habían estafado con la reserva y que no había pagado esa reserva; perdiendo 40 minutos valiosos luego de extenso viaje; cuando llegué a la habitación entré y estaba ocupada.. 2) El joven que atiende recepción en las tardes no tiene perfil para trabajar en un hotel. 3) Felicito a la joven que trabaja en la mañana.

24 23:56:24/07/2016ME ENCONTRÉ UNOS PELOS EN LAS SABANAS CUANDO ABRÍ LA CAMA. EL ASCENSOR MUY ANTIGUO, GENERA DESCONFIANZA. TRATO POCO CORDIAL DE PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN(MUJERES). NO HABÍA LUZ EN EL PASILLO DE LA HABITACIÓN DONDE ALOJÉ. NO ME COBRARON LO QUE SALE EN INTERNET, ME COBRARON MÁS. NO TIENEN SERVICIO TRANSBANK, POR LO QUE TUVE QUE IR A UN CAJERO Y LUEGO PAGAR. EL DESAYUNO NO ESTÁ INCLUIDO.

27 23:28:26/04/2016Estaba cerca del lugar donde debía presentarme, por eso lo elegí. La cama no tenía un abrigo suficiente, por lo que tuve que agregar colchas del armario. El precio calculado en la página era uno, pero al llegar al hotel me indicaron otro, en eso deberían tener cuidado. Y como sugerencia podrían agregar el desayuno.

02 15:22:50/02/2016La habitación tenía un fuerte olor a humedad, había cucarachas, la taza del baño y el vanitorio estaban mal aseados, no había secador de pelo. Y, por si fuera poco, no contaban con desayuno a pesar de que el afiche informativo de la habitación indicaba que el desayuno se servía desde las 8:00 hasta las 11:00 horas los fines de semana. Una experiencia totalmente decepcionante. Definitivamente no lo recomendaría.

25 05:13:00/09/2015Se debería mejorar el ascensor esta muy feo. El wi fi en la habitacion en el 3 er piso no funcionaba . Solo en corredor y habitaciones cercanas. El agua de la ducha salia apenas templada.Nunca nos pusieron toallas de mano y cara, las solicitamos y nunca estaba quien las reponìa.
